Receptionist (Saudi Nationals Only)
Location: Dammam / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Experience: 1-3 Years
Responsibilities
- - Action Tracking & Follow-ups: Proactively manage and monitor all pending schedules, emails, and works. Issue timely reminders and follow up until actions are closed.
- - Procurement & PO Support: Track pending Purchase Orders (POs) and administrative tasks, ensuring stakeholders are updated on status and deadlines.
- - Logistics & Delivery Management: Create, schedule, and initiate pending deliveries; collect and organize all Delivery Notes and coordinate with technical teams.
- - Financial Reminders: Monitor pending payments and provide necessary reminders to the finance department or management to ensure timely settlement.
- - First Impressions: Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome that reflects high-end company standards.
- - Communication Hub: Manage the switchboard and general inbox, directing inquiries and flagging urgent "pending" items for immediate attention.
Requirements
- - Nationality: Strictly reserved for Saudi Nationals in compliance with labor regulations.
- - Experience: 1–3 years in a front-desk, administrative, or coordination role.
- - Software Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and experience with Zoho or similar ERP/CRM systems for tracking and reminders.
- - Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English is required for documentation and inquiries.
- - Qualities: Exceptional organizational mastery, ability to manage "pending lists," and high-level multitasking skills.
