Operations & HR Associate (Female Preferred)
Location: Calicut, Kerala | Experience: 1-3 Years
Responsibilities
- - Office & Facility Management: Take full ownership of office maintenance and building facilities, ensuring all utility requirements are met promptly.
- - Document Controller: Manage and safeguard all staff documentation, including contracts and certificates, ensuring 100% accuracy and confidentiality.
- - Attendance & Punctuality: Monitor staff punctuality and daily attendance logs; implement tracking systems and provide discipline reports to management.
- - Staff Welfare & Responsibility: Act as the primary coordinator for staff facilities, ensuring the team has necessary resources to fulfill their responsibilities.
- - HR Lifecycle Support: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from posting technical job descriptions to coordinating interviews and local onboarding.
- - Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in office administration and suggest "lean" solutions to improve team productivity.
Requirements
- - Experience: 1–3 years in HR, Office Management, or Operations, ideally within an IT or contracting environment.
- - Software Mastery: Proficiency in Zoho People (or similar HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data organization.
- - HR Literacy: Solid understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll basics, and professional document management standards.
- - Language Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
