Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Responsibilities
- - Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions according to business requirements.
- - Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.
- - Provide technical and functional support to end-users and troubleshoot system issues.
- - Configure modules, workflows, forms, reports, and system integrations.
- - Monitor system performance and resolve functional and technical issues.
- - Collaborate with clients, business teams, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation.
- - Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications.
- - Conduct user training and assist with system adoption.
- - Manage system upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
- - Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- - Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant.
- - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM platforms and business processes.
- - Experience in system configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
- - Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- - Experience working with clients and end-users is preferred.
- - Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
